The most talked about evening of the American fashion and entertainment industry known as the
Costume Institute Gala or more commonly called the Met
Ball took place at the
New York's Metropolitan Museum of Arts. The
Met Ball 2014 featured all the renowned people from fashion, TV,
music,
arts and entertainment. There was a bevy of stars from the catwalk and
silver screen showing off their extremely glamorous gala outfits and
giving the night a shouting glow. The Met Ball is one of the most
exclusive social gatherings of the year and is amongst the biggest
fundraising nights within New York. Last year’s reported amount for
funds raised in this event was an approximate of nine million dollars.
Anybody and everybody of the entertainment and fashion industry joined
in this year to celebrate the start of the fashion exhibit this year.
