This year was no exception with a host of faces from the world's of film and fashion coming together to raise awareness for the cause. Sharon Stone played auctioneer for the evening, bidding off lots that included a trip into space with Leonardo DiCaprio, which went for 900,000 Euros, a pair of Karl Lagerfeld's gloves (10,000 Euros), a Damien Hirst sculpture (11 million Euros) and an Andy Warhol portrait of Marilyn Monroe (350,000 Euros).
As an interlude to proceedings, 40 of the world's most famous models, including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lara Stone, Alessandra Ambrosio and Jourdan Dunn, took to the catwalk in an array of dresses which were then auctioned off as an entire collection for 3.5 million Euros.

The presence of so many supermodels at one event guranteed one of the most glamorous red carpets we have seen during the festival, while Marion Cotillard and Jessica Chastain were among the actresses taking time out from promoting their latest films for a night of fundraising.
