The snippet sees R Kelly play the role of Gaga's doctor, with further shots of the female star rolling around naked.

The video, directed by Terry Richardson, was reportedly shot back in September to be released in December, but in January Gaga posted a statement about the video's delay on her Little Monsters website, blaming bad management.

Gaga ultimately decided not to premiere the music video and moved on to filming a visual for follow-up single 'GUY' earlier this year.

'Do What U Want' was the second cut to be lifted from Lady Gaga's latest album ARTPOP, which reached number one in the UK and US.
